ZigGis is an ArcGIS plug-in for loading PostGIS layers and editing them. If you are using ESRI ArcGIS 9.1 and above, ArcMap etc. and you want to load your PostGIS layers and edit them with ZigGIS, then this is worth trying out. It requires ArcObjects for .NET which comes packaged with ArcGIS 9.1,9.2,9.3, and Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0.
