Chris Schmidt and Howard Butler put out a very useful site called http://spatialreference.org
This site contains both standard spatial reference systems and user contributed ones. Each also includes the postgis insert statement, proj4 text, OGC WKT, ESRI WKT, GML, MapServer PROJECTION mapfile insert, and USGS to create each and a simple search page to search for them.
